EXCHANGES
For your own convenience, you may return the product of your initial purchase while you make a new one. This way, your new order can be processed immediately. Upon the delivery of your return request, you shall receive a refund promptly.
Please read the instructions in the RETURNS section below. Inside the package you’ve received you will find a form. Please fill out your name and bank information. After we’ve received the package, we will issue a refund that will be deposited to the account you’ve provided us with.
RETURNS
You may return the product within (14) fourteen days from the delivery date provided by the shipping company. The product you wish to return should be in outstanding condition as well as in an undamaged package. Also, the product should not have been used!
Returns will be handled by Geniki Taxydroniki and we will be charged for the shipping cost.
In any case, for better customer care please fill out and send us the returns form. We recommend you informing us by email at info@beachme.gr.
For countries outside of Greece, customers will be charged for the shipping cost.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
The customer is entitled to a refund only given that the product has not been used. The shipping charge will not be refunded. The refund will be made to the personal bank account provided to us by the customer within (15) fifteen days.
